Catering Supervisor - HNH

Location: Hyde Nursing Home, Hyde, Tameside

Description:
As a Catering Supervisor you will be required to manage and supervise a team of staff within a busy kitchen. You will also be required to liaise with food suppliers whilst managing and maintaining a catering budget.
A self motivated team player you will be responsible for preparing and cooking healthy, nutritious meals for our residents ensuring standards of hygiene are always adhered to.
Relevant experience in the above will be required. An intermediate food hygiene certificate is desirable.
All positions are subject to Criminal Records Disclosure.
