It’s official, The Oakes in Huddersfield is one of the best places to eat in Kirklees! 
Following an unannounced inspection, The Oakes has been rated Excellent with 5 Stars awarded by Kirklees Council as part of their Scores on the Doors food safety scheme (you can’t get any higher) and therefore according to the council: "one of the best places to eat in Kirklees"!
Following a multi-million pound investment, The Oakes opened in the spring of 2012. This exclusive care home was built by the award-winning Meridian Healthcare group and forms part of their Premiere collection.
Meridian is an independently operated company with a progressive attitude to the care of older people. Their Premiere range was created out of a desire to build luxurious care homes that feature exemplary levels of service and care.
