Olive Avison celebrated her 101st birthday on the 14th March with a party for all her family and friends at Lauren Court Care Centre.
They were entertained by none other than the king himself ‘Elvis’, otherwise known as Alan Davis – entertainer.
Olive was born in Moreton in 1911 and lived in Wallasey most of her life. After helping to run her parents fish & chip shop, Olive married in 1935 and went on to have 4 children.
Olive has been with us at Lauren Court since January 2007.
