Meridian Healthcare announce Group HR Manager

North West-based Meridian Healthcare announces the appointment of a new HR Manager, Emma Fallon.

Fallon replaces Joanne Richardson who emmigrated to Australia during the summer of 2011. Fallon's role means she is responsible for all HR operations of Meridian, ensuring that the company continues to meet regulatory requirements.   "I am joining at an exciting time and look forward to challenging and setting new HR strategies for the group, helping make Meridian an even greater success," says Fallon. "I will be joining a strong team, with an excellent care centre portfolio."

Fallon most recently served as Regional HR Business Partner at BUPA Care Services, where she worked in partnership with the business to provide expert advice and guidance on all HR and employment matters.

Emma joins a winning team. The organisation was awarded Investors in People Gold in December 2011 and is one of a small handful of care homes and care home operators in the UK (one of 14) to have achieved the Investors in People Gold Award. Only 1.38% of companies accredited with IIP achieve the Gold standard.
