Launched this year, the Nurse of the Year Award aims to recognise and reward excellence.  We are looking for remarkable nurses who have made a difference in their everyday work. 

We need you to tell us about any Meridian Healthcare nurse who you feel has gone that extra mile or provided outstanding  performance and high levels of quality service.

Has a Meridian Healthcare nurse:

• significantly improved the quality of care for residents
• shown special rapport with residents, employees and visitors 
• demonstrated leadership and management skills
• demonstrates clinical expertise in delivering person centred nursing care

Winners will receive a certificate and up to £100 in High Street vouchers.
