The Meridian Healthcare Employee Recognition Scheme

The Employee/Team Recognition Scheme recognises consistent, outstanding performance and high levels of quality service amongst the employees of Meridian Healthcare Limited.

Nominations may be made by a colleague, resident or visitor.

The individual to be nominated must be a current, permanent employee of Meridian Healthcare Ltd. Nominations must be made on the nomination form with the name of the person nominated and a summary of why you think this person deserves such an award.

Nominations can be forwarded to the HR Department directly or by the care centre Manager, or completed online at www.meridiancare.co.uk/nominate

Nominations will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.

Quarterly winners will be entered into an annual draw held in December each year.

Each employee or team who receives an award will be acknowledged with:

  • A certificate
  • An appropriate gift
  • A brief article in the company newsletter and corporate website

Reward structure

The employee or team with the most nominations will be assessed against the specified criteria to determine which level of award is to be given.

Bronze: meets one criteria

Award: flowers and certificate

Silver: meets two of the criteria

Award: gift to the value of £50 and certificate

Gold: meets all the criteria

Award: gift to the value of £100 and certificate
