Residents at Hyde Nursing & Care Centre gathered in the Pavilion on Tuesday 25th March for a spot of light entertainment to celebrate Easter, little did they know they were about to be serenaded by a giant chicken.

Entertainer Jungle Ken Pierce is never one for the conventional, last time he visited Hyde Nursing & Care Centre he donned a Viking outfit, this time in true Easter time spirit Ken turned out to entertain the residents dressed as a large Spring time chicken. Ken had everyone joining in and clapping to old time classic songs.

A good time was had by all, the drinks were flowing, the cakes were delicious and singing voices and laughter muscles were thoroughly exercised.
