Meridian Healthcare’s Lauren Court Care Centre in Chester extended a warm welcome to their new Care Centre Manager Debbie Wilson in March.

Debbie is a highly motivated, multi skilled manager who has worked through the Meridian Healthcare development programme. She started her career as a Care Assistant, and working through the roles of Senior Care Assistant and Deputy Manager to her new appointment at Lauren Court as Care Centre Manager.

Debbie is thrilled at her appointment and commented: ‘I am really excited about starting as Care Centre Manager in Lauren Court, the staff and residents have provided a fantastic welcome for me and I am looking forward to working with them. The development programme to the Care Centre Manager role has been hard work but I have thoroughly enjoyed the journey and I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge and experience with the staff and looking after such a lovely client group.’

Debbie’s line Manager, Operations Manager Debbie Thomson commented: ‘On behalf of all of the team at Meridian Healthcare I would like to congratulate Debbie on her appointment at Lauren Court and wish her all the best for the future in her new Care Centre.’
