Meridian Healthcare is proud to announce that Pat Sherwood has taken over the position of Care Centre Manager at The Beeches, Dukinfield.

Pat began her career with Meridian Healthcare over 2 years ago and has developed from Deputy Manager at Hyde Nursing Home to her current position as Acting Care Centre Manager at Stamford Court. During this time Pat has studied hard to achieve her Registered Manager Award (RMA) and completed the in-house management training scheme, ASSERT.

Pat is ‘delighted’ on her appointment at The Beeches and puts her achievement down to ‘Hard work, dedication and excellent support from the Meridian management team.’ Although she is sad to be leaving Stamford Court and will miss the residents and staff, the prospect of a new challenge is exciting, Pat comments: ‘Moving from a nursing home to residential is going to be a big difference, although I am looking forward to taking a more hands-on approach to management and to meeting all the residents.’

The Senior Management Team at Meridian Healthcare wish Pat all the best and hope that she enjoys her new post.
