Meridian Healthcare are proud to announce the appointment of Rebecca Wharmby as Deputy Care Centre Manager at Hyde Nursing Home (HNH).

Rebecca joined the team at HNH on the 26th February from Shire Hill Care Centre in her home town of Glossop in pursuit of a new career challenge. HNH provides Nursing and Residential care for up to 100 older people in four 25 bed wings. In addition to her Deputy Manager role, Rebecca will act as Clinical Lead.

A qualified Nurse, Rebecca has also achieved an RGN in Adult Nursing. She has 5 years previous experience in the role of Staff Nurse where she gained experience in a variety of fields including surgery, medicine and critical care.

Care Centre Manager Helen Hubbert comments: ‘Rebecca has settled in with the team at HNH quickly and we all enjoy her company and friendly personality. On behalf of all of the team at HNH I would like to officially welcome Rebecca to the team and hope she enjoys her time here.’
