Meridian Healthcare’s Helen Hubbert celebrated her 20 year anniversary with the group on the 17th February 2007 where she was presented with a certificate and flowers by Group HR Manager Lorraine Mercer.

Care Centre Manager Helen has worked in a variety of Meridian’s care centres in the Tameside area. Since 2005 she has been managing the group’s largest home, Hyde Nursing Home which caters for up to 100 residents.

Helen comments: ‘I enjoy the role of care centre manager especially the challenge of running a large home such as Hyde, I think it is the variety that is the main appeal, no two days are the same, it is nice to work with friendly residents and a great staff team at Hyde. I’d like to thank Meridian for the flowers and for their support over the past 20 years.’

Presenting Helen’s long service award, Group HR Manager Lorraine Mercer adds: ‘It is a pleasure to work with Helen she always has a smile and a joke for everyone, it is an honour to present her with the award and on behalf of the Senior Management team at Meridian Healthcare we wish Helen all the best for the future.’
