Meridian Healthcare’s John Joseph Powell Memorial Care Centre in Prescot is celebrating after being awarded 4 stars from RDB Star Rating Limited an Independent Assessor of Care Quality.

The prestigious award recognises the high standard of care offered at John Joseph Powell and aims to provide both purchasers of care and local authorities with clear guidance on the quality of care available.

Manager Dot Pye and all her staff were subject to a three day inspection where all aspects of the care centre were assessed. Meridian Healthcare are delighted to be recognised in the field of quality as our aim as a company is to provide first class quality care to all our residents.

For John Joseph Powell to be recognised is a great achievement and can only serve to further benefit the elderly community in the Prescot area which John Joseph Powell serves.
