Following nominations from her colleagues and peers Debbie Thomson, Care Centre Manager at Meridian Healthcare’s Greatwood House has been awarded the Employee Merit Award!

Debbie, who has been Care Centre Manager at Greatwood House for 18 years, was presented with a certificate and vouchers by Operational Manager for the area Bernice Priest. Bernice thanked Debbie for her hard work and dedication to the company and congratulated her on achieving the award.

The Employee Merit scheme aims to recognise the hard work and commitment of Meridian Healthcare's dedicated employees. The reasons for nomination include: achieving high standards of excellence, outstanding performance, attitude and commitment as well as having a special rapport with other employees, visitors and residents.
