Meridian Healthcare has successfully gained the coveted Investor in People (IiP) award for it’s latest acquisitions resulting in all 23 care centres in the group boasting the award.

John Joseph Powell Memorial Nursing & Care Centre in Prescot, Merseyside and April Park Care Centre in Sheffield are the final two care centres in the group to complete the IiP process. April Park achieved IiP status only 4 weeks after Meridian Healthcare purchased the facility in December 2005. This achievement is remarkable given the amount of work involved to intregrate April Park into the group. .

Eve Hone, Quality Assurance Manager for Meridian Healthcare congratulated all the staff involved on their achievement.‘All the staff at John Joseph Powell and April Park have worked hard to ensure IiP success and I would like to congratulate them for this well deserved award which recognises their collective efforts.“
