Care Assistant Helen Leigh celebrated last week with colleagues and residents at Meridian Healthcare’s Hyde Nursing and Care Centre as she achieved 10 years service for the company.

Helen, from Newton in Hyde, has been a care assistant at Meridian Healthcare for 10 years. She was presented with a certificate, flowers, a long service badge and vouchers by Operations Manager Bernice Priest and Care Centre Manager Helen Hubbert on behalf of Meridian Healthcare in recognition of her loyalty and hard work over the past decade.

Helen, mother of five and with six grandchildren, loves her job and gains great satisfaction from being able to help others. She commented, ‘I love my job, being able to help others on a daisy basis really makes it worthwhile.’

All at Meridian Healthcare would like to congratulate Helen on her achievement and thank her for her loyal service over the last 10 years.
