Project Managers John Baxter and Alan Carrig joined Operations Manager Mark Birchenough on-site as Meridian Healthcare’s state of the art care facility takes shape in Knowlsey.

The winning team previously worked on Meridian’s award winning development ‘White Rose House’ in Holmfirth and have been brought together again to ensure stringent quality requirements are fully met.

The £2.8 million luxury development, which will provide outstanding residential care accommodation for older people in the local area, is due for completion in June 2006. The care centre will provide 54 bedrooms all with en suite facilities and will cater for long term and short term care as well as specialist dementia care. There will be a relaxation therapy room and a number of quiet rooms for residents.
