Congratulations to Meridian Healthcare’s Ursula Hughes who celebrated 10 years working for the company this week!

Ursula started worked as a carer since August 1995 and in recent years has held the position of senior care assistant at both Kirkby House Kirkby House. in Kirkby and at Fazakerley House. Fazakerley House in Prescot. Ursula’s daughter is also a part of the dedicated team at Kirkby House where she is a senior carer.

Operations Manager Mark Birchenough presented Ursula with a certificate, flowers and gift vouchers on behalf of Meridian Healthcare. He commented, ‘All at Meridian Healthcare would like to congratulate Ursula and thank her for her loyal service over the past 10 years’

Ursula commented, ‘I enjoy my role and especially like the practical side of my role, working directly with the clients on a one-to-one basis. It is a rewarding job especially when clients and families recognise our hard work’
