Hard working Care Centre Manager Julie Moult has been awarded the Level 4 Diploma in Management after studying one day a week at the Grimsby Institute. Julie works at Meridian Healthcare’s Bridgewater Park Care Centre in Scunthorpe.

Having now caught the learning bug, Julie has now embarked on Level 5 of the diploma in order to achieve an Executive Diploma in Management.

Julie is no stranger to coursework; she previously completed the Certificate in Education and is able to draw on experience in the workplace for her studies.

Julie completed the diploma through studying one day a week and completing 10 assignments at the Grimsby Institute. At times the course was challenging especially working as a full time Home Manager at the same time. Julie feels that the hard work was worth it. She commented, ‘I really enjoyed the course as I am able to use my skills in the workplace and make improvements at the care centre which benefit everyone.’

The team at Meridian Healthcare congratulate Julie on her achievement and wish her every success with her current studies.
