Residents at Mossley’s Sandon House have been preparing for Easter by making decorative Easter Bonnets in preparation for an Easter Sunday Parade at the care home. All the residents have participated in the project thanks to help from staff and family.

Generous donations of hats and flowers have been made by families of residents as well as a gift of artificial flowers from Country Poses Florist in Saddleworth. The Meridian Healthcare Care Centre will be having an Easter celebration next Sunday with family, friends and residents.

Irene Booth, Manager at Sandon House commented, ‘The residents have really enjoyed preparing for the event and we are all extremely grateful for all the contributions made.’
