Meridian Healthcare invited visitors and staff to attend a preview walkaround of the almost complete extension at their award winning Fazakerley House Care Centre in Prescot on the 12th February.

Visitors from the Meridian Group and local agencies donned hard hats on Tuesday to see the remarkable progress made to the new 15 bedroom extension. Although technically still a working site it was easy to imagine how the new bedrooms will look. All rooms are 14sq metres, larger than minimum requirements and feature en suite shower rooms.

As the completion of the extension at the end of March draws nearer, staff and residents are looking forward to celebrating the official opening of the new bedrooms and beautiful lounge by Ken Dodd OBE on the 16th April.
