Hurst Hall Care Centre in Ashton-under-Lyne is being treated to a Meridian Healthcare Makeover over the next couple of months for a new year transformation.

Meridian are investing £58,000 into popular Hurst Hall to re-decorate and re-fit all of the 50 existing bedrooms, modernise communal areas and to treat all of the residents to state of the art flat screen televisions in their rooms in addition to the larger screens in the lounges. The project is currently underway and is due for completion in January 2008.

Group Development Manager Mark Birchenough comments: ‘Hurst Hall is another step in the ongoing refurbishment programme being carried out in the group’s 25 homes this year. It is important to us that our homes are modern, fresh and welcoming so that the standard of our resident’s surroundings compliments the high quality of care provided by our dedicated care teams.
