Main duties:
You will be responsible for the preparation of healthy nutritionally balanced meals for residents. Plan menus in conjunction with the Care Center Manager. Ensure the correct and economical use of materials and equipment. Assist in training and supervising kitchen employees and always observe food hygiene and safety regulations.
An Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable as is evidence of Supervision Skills & One to one training.
