We have a unique opportunity at our Care Centre ‘Hyde Nursing Home’ based in Hyde. We are looking to recruit a Clinincal Lead for this Home.

Committed to delivering a high quality service, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated and has already gained experience in a clinical setting.

The main objective of the role is to work in conjunction with the Care Centre Manager and will be responsible for providing clinincal advice and supervision to Nursing staff, maintaining and reveiwing residents Care Plans/records and in addition identifing staff training needs.

You will need to have a sound understanding of the National Care Standards Act 2000 and to ensure that the company’s Policies and Procedure are implemented at all times.

We are committed to delivering a high quality service the sucessful candidate should possess a minuimn Registared Nurse Level one qualification together with at least 3 years experience of caring for the elderley people.
