We have 76 bedrooms, most with en suite facilities. There is also a variety of lounge and dining areas, quiet rooms and a reception area where you can welcome friends and family. A passenger lift takes you to the upper floor.

We know how important it is to have time and space to yourself, so we put a lot of effort into making sure your room is pleasant, comfortable and personal to you. All the bedrooms at Westwood Lodge Nursing and Care Centre are tastefully decorated and colour coordinated with very high quality curtains, carpets and bedding.

As well as a bed, you will also have a wardrobe and other lockable furniture. All of our rooms have television points, so if you want to watch all your favourite programmes in peace, you can – and because all our bedrooms have a nurse call system, you can feel safe all the time. We also give you plenty of space for your own personal things, so you can make your room as individual as you are.

When you fancy a bit of company, you have a choice of lounges to choose from. You may just want a chat, or perhaps a game of cards – or you might like to watch one of our bigger screen televisions. Whatever you enjoy doing, there is always someone to be with.

We will cater for all your day-to-day needs. Our efficient in-house laundry service provides freshly laundered bedding and clothing whilst our on-call maintenance team ensures that our care centre runs smoothly and the grounds are kept tidy throughout the year.

A loop system is available to help those who use a hearing aid or loop listener.
