The Sycamores is in a quiet residential part of Newton, Hyde, so you will feel instantly at home in a safe, secure environment. Our welcoming staff offer all the services you need in very high quality, purpose-built accommodation, on two floors.
We understand you sometimes need time and space to yourself. That’s why we put so much effort into making your room pleasant, comfortable and personal to you. All the bedrooms at The Sycamores have very high quality curtains, carpets and bedding, and they are all colour co-ordinated and beautifully decorated.

We provide a varied choice of menu every day – after all, food is one of life’s great pleasures. You can eat in your own room or with the other residents in one of our dining rooms. As well as your main meals, you can have snacks and drinks at any time of day or night, and if you have a special diet, our chef will be happy to discuss it with you before you come to stay with us.
We make your visitors very welcome – we know how important they are. Friends and family can come here at any time throughout the day and evening. You can see them in your own room, in any of the lounge and dining areas, or in our designated quiet room.
There are many activities for you to join in with, including trips to the coast, shopping expeditions and theatre visits. We also hold fetes, which we hope you will get involved with – and invite your family and friends.
