Sunnyside is in a quiet part of Droylsdon, so you will feel instantly at home in a safe, secure environment. Our welcoming staff offer all the services you need in very high quality, purpose- built accommodation, on two floors.
We hope your stay with us will be as enjoyable as possible. Sunnyside has a lot to offer. For example, there's tastefully decorated and furnished accommodation, superb home-cooking and dedicated staff who do all they can to make your life here pleasant and comfortable.
We make every effort to make sure that Sunnyside is a very pleasant place to be, but if there's anything you think we can improve on, we welcome your suggestions. After all, the most important thing is for you to feel happy and relaxed here, and for your friends and family to know you are well supported.

We make your visitors very welcome – we know how important they are. Friends and family can come here at any time throughout the day and evening. You can see them in your own room, in any of the lounge and dining areas, or in our designated quiet room.
We provide a varied choice of menu every day – after all, food is one of life’s great pleasures. You can eat in your own room or with the other residents in one of our dining rooms. As well as your main meals, you can have snacks and drinks at any time of day or night, and if you have a special diet, our chef will be happy to discuss it with you before you come to stay with us.
There are many activities for you to join in with, including trips to the coast, shopping expeditions and theatre visits. We also hold fetes, which we hope you will get involved with – and invite your family and friends.
