Stamford Court Nursing and Care Centre is a very friendly place where we aim to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible. We have a lot to offer you – such as excellent accommodation, lovely home-cooked food and all the help you need to make your life here pleasant and comfortable.
You have your own room, so you can maintain your independence and privacy – although if you wish, you can spend time with your fellow residents in a variety of lounges and dining areas. You also have the constant support and attention of our highly trained nursing and care support staff, who are on call 24 hours a day should any emergency arise.
It’s important to us that you feel relaxed and welcome, and that your relatives are confident you are being well supported. We do everything we can to make this a very pleasant place to be, but if there’s anything you think we can improve on, we are always keen to hear your comments and suggestions.

We all know that food is one of life’s great pleasures, so we provide a varied choice of menu every day. You can eat in your own room or with the other residents in one of our dining rooms. As well as your main meals, you can have snacks and drinks at any time of day or night, and if you have a special diet, our chef will be happy to discuss it with you before you come to stay with us.
We have 40 single bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, and there are several lounge and dining areas, quiet rooms and a reception area where you can welcome your visitors. 
Stamford Court Nursing and Care Centre is located in a peaceful residential part of Stalybridge, so you will feel instantly at home in a safe, secure environment. It’s purpose-built, on two floors, and offers very high quality accommodation and services, provided by friendly staff who make sure you have everything you need.
